Construction
Started building construction activities since 1980 as a humble sub-contractor. Today the home-grown company was accredited A1 grading for general building by the Building and Construction Authority (BCA), the highest classification with unlimited tendering capacity.
We are equipped with our own fleet of construction heavy machineries, equipment, gondolas, mast-climbing platforms, concrete pump trucks, steel formworks, and more crucially a pool of skilled direct workers to ensure timely delivery and completion of quality projects, eliminating any unforeseen possibility of disruption caused by external factors.
We continuously building a long-term partnerships with our design consultants, sub-contractors, and suppliers, working as a team to always come up with the best and innovative building solutions
We have completed building projects such as HDB BTO flats, international award winning recreation park facilities project at Punggol Waterway, upgrading of countless schools to equip with additional teaching facilities and indoor sports hall, HDB Lift Upgrading Programme (LUP), Home Improvement Programme (HIP) upgrading of existing flat toilets and common areas, LTA offices fitting-out works, and the list continues. We are proud that we had delivered these projects that have “touched” countless of Singaporean families, and residences here.
