We are looking for an enthusiastic and ambitious individual to join our dynamic team. Knowledge and implementation experience of BIM software technologies is required. A high level of technical ability with an eye for detail is essential, and has passion and curiosity for structural design and the built environment. This role is focused primarily on coordinating BIM on a large complex program with stringent standards and integrated QA/QC requirements.
- Correspondence and coordinating with site team and client’s representatives
- Ensure compliance to regulatory and statutory requirements;
- Able to resolve site issue;
- Attends project-related meetings (Consultant, Progress, Technical coordination and other Meeting);
- Preparation and Submission of shop drawing & materials for approval within the stipulated program;
- Ensuring that updated drawings including shop drawings are used by all for architectural works;
- Identify and report discrepancies in project drawings, specifications and requirements to Project Manager for remedial actions;
- Site supervision to ensure works are carried out according to Work Method Statement;
- Inspections of delivered architectural materials to ensure conformance of purchase specifications.
- HDB BTO experience preferred
Qualification
- Bachelors’ degree in Architecture/Civil Engineering, with 5 years of relevant professional experience;
- Industry BIM Certification (Revit Professional, BCA BIM courses) is preferred;
- Must have extensive knowledge of the features, functions, and limitations of Autodesk, including experience with complex workflows involving the system;
- Revit is used as standard within the office, but proficiency with AutoCAD is a definite plus;
- Experience with multi-family planning or design is preferred

Job Description:
- All workplace safety and health matters
- Conduct risk assessments at project site and recommend measure to minimize and eliminate possible risks to any person;
- Work closely with site teams to implement and maintain a strong safety regime on site;
- Ensure project’s compliance with all Singapore statutory acts, regulations, and requirements for Health, Safety and Environment;
- Ability to lead, plan and organize on safety programs;Compile report/minutes/training materials/trend analysis;
- Review and maintain site WSH records;Supervision of Workplace Safety and Environment workers
- Involve in GGBS, ISO 45001, & ISO 9001; 14001 implementations and audits
Job Requirements:
- Registered as Workplace Safety and Health Officer (WSHO) with Ministry of Manpower;
- Minimum of 3 years of WSHO experience in Construction Industry;Strong knowledge in Workplace Safety and Health Act;
- Good interpersonal, management and decision-making skills;Strong innovative and analytical skills and problem-solving skills;
- First-Aider Certification is an added advantage
