We are a well-established construction and real estate property development business in Singapore, which all started with a humble beginning as an architectural tiling sub-contractor at Changi Airport terminal 2 in the early 80s by our founder Mr. Thomas Lee.

Kuan Aik Hong Construction is an established A1 grading main contractor for general building (CW01) by the Building and Construction Authority (BCA), the highest classification with unlimited tendering capacity. Over the years, since 1999, built up an impressive successful projects in both public and private construction projects such as institutional, residential, industrial, commercial and civil & infrastructural sectors in Singapore.
With a firm belief in excellent quality finishing work. Working efficiently as a team, with good safety track records to complete and deliver our projects on time. KAH Engineering (1986) is an A2 grading main contractor for general building (CW01) by the Building and Construction Authority (BCA), the second highest classification with tendering capacity up to $105 Million on a single project. Incorporated since 1986, likewise had built up an impressive successful projects records in both public and private construction projects such as institutional, residential, industrial, commercial and civil & infrastructural sectors in Singapore.
